An idea to help myself, became a mission to aid others.


I remember sitting there, shaking, heart racing and feeling incredibly sick. For the first time in my life I was suffering from anxiety & bouts of depression. Days became weeks, weeks became months and that feeling never left. Every day it returned and every day I felt terrible. I immediately understood how millions of people feel daily, how they must overcome this immense pressure to do even the simplest tasks. There is no "just get over it." There is only "fight through it and hope you can salvage the day."

Eventually, I found refuge in mindfulness and meditation. Watching relaxing videos of the ocean or rainfall on a cabin would put my mind at ease. The moment I felt the inevitable cold rush of anxiety growing, I would hop on YouTube to calm my mind. But the ads, the chats, and the distractions often ruined what I was aiming for.
That's the moment ncora was born.

ncora is exactly what you make it. It can be a tool to relax, to calm your mind when you need a moment to decompress. It can serve as your new bedtime video to lull you to sleep. It can be a video wallpaper of the forests as you do yoga or a snowy cabin backdrop while entertaining guests. Maybe you just want to watch kittens and babies. There is no wrong way to use ncora.
